In our country government system,lack of the unification the connection and the platform causes data sharing and the visit difficulty.In view of the electronic archives system in exchange characteristic and the transmission rule,unifing the news middleware technology,this paper proposes one kind electron archives transmission solution based on the news middleware loose coupling,solves under the isomerism environment the transmission and the exchange electron archives question correctly and high effectively.
