The Program Designing of GK Fuzzy Clustering Based on MATLAB

It is very inconvenient to apply and simulate for GK fuzzy clustering for the absence of GK fuzzy clustering tool in MATLAB.This paper designs a series of M functions: GKcluster、cluster-normalize and clustereval. These functions are used to normalize input data,practice fuzzy clustering and get the results of clustering.Finally these M functions are joined to the toolbox of MATLAB so that they can be called directly.The program shows its correctness,validity and speediness examples of clustering.
