Collection of Real Evidence and Its Factual Information

As a very important form of evidence in criminal evidence,real evidence has a great significance in theory and practice of the law of evidence.On the precondition of redefining real evidence factual by information theory. This paper analyzes the evidentiary mechanism of real evidence,collection of real evidence and the recognition and finding of factual information originated from real evidence.
