Risk intelligent forecast method based on cloud model

In order to fully reflect the fuzziness and randomness of risk,the cloud model is integrated to the measure and warning of risk.With membership cloud generators of the cloud model,qualitative description of the risk is more accurately quantified.Through the nature of the similar cloud and the atomized cloud,compared with the ideal cloud and reality cloud of risk,higher risk areas can be detected.Warning comes when the risk exceeds the threshold.Finally,an example to describe the whole process of predicting risk by the cloud model.
