Principle,Technology and Tendency of Transform Domain Communication System

Transform domain communication system(TDCS) is an intelligent radio technology with a low probability of intercept(LPI)signals,which can adapt to a fast changing electromagnetic environment and initiatively avoid interference.By the virtue of its adaptability and compatibility,TDCS has increasingly received widespread attention and shows promise as a potential candidate for enabling cognitive radio(CR).It has been proposed as an effective solution to the contradiction arising from the rapid growing demands of wireless communication applications and the scarcity of spectrum resources.In this paper,the basic principle of TDCS and its key techniques,such as transform domain technology,spectrum estimation and data modulation,are discussed.According to the current research,the development tendency of this technology is also predicted.
