The Design of the Recursive Filter Based on Analog Shift Registers

Bucket brigade device(BBD) is usually used as analogue shift register with MOS structure, which can provide an accurate delay for the analogue signal. In this paper, the recursive filter based on BBD is designed and the performance of the circuit was discussed in details.
