Establishment of safety measurement and test system of inservice drilling rig

According to the present status of safety measurement for inservice drilling rig in China,the existing main problems of the measurement and test standard system at home and abroad were analyzed. From the actual requirements of the oil field safety production measurement and test work,the inservice drilling rig safety measurement and test standard system was established. The test objects were confirmed,the test bases,test period and principle were given,and the test detailed rules were established.
