Diseases of Network Culture and the Development of Network Morality

There exist some pathologic characteristics in contemporary network culture such as the unbalance of network value, network technique out of control, the alienation of network existence, the impropriety of network consumption, the anomie of network freedom, which sternly challenge the network morality. In order to accelerate the development of network morality, it is necessary to promote the human consciousness of network culture to improve the generation and development of network subject, to enhance the public and personal morality, to guide the integration of network culture and to strengthen the safety technique of network.
