Assemblage distribution and its small fluctuant approximation

The second order moment of energy fluctuation obtained from the probability distribution function of energy fluctuation which is derived from normal distribution under the condition of small fluctuant approximation is exactly the same with the one get directly from normal distribution,but the higher order moment obtained from the two method are not exactly the same with each other.
