The Information Integration Strategies in the Merger and Reorganization of Shanxi Coal Enterprises

Informatization is one of the motivations of merging and reorganization for Shanxi coal mining enterprises.Informatization integration is a key link of the merger and reorganization.In view of the actual situation of the acquiring enterprises and the acquired minor collieries,the importance and necessity of information integration was studied and the integrating principle of Shanxi coal mining enterprises was summarized.Strategies were proposed from the following two aspects:the integrating of data and system and the integrating of personnel and organizational structure.
