Implementation Strategy and Method of CIMS of Certain Industry Circle

CIMS of certain industry circle is a special CIM system that only exists in China. It is far different from multi-enterprise integration with supply chain and virtual enterprise technology. Based on the discussion of the special issues of industry circles and groups in China, a framework of this kind of CIM system was presented. Within the framework, we can combine independent enterprises together with their key competency to win in the global competition.
