Networked Command Communication System Effectiveness Evaluation Model Based on Homothetic Projection-Triangular Fuzzy Number

In order to put forward a networked command communication system effectiveness evaluation model from the systems engineering and military demand,the research actuality of system evaluation model was analyzed,and the modeling principle was presented.Then the effectiveness evaluation model based on homothetic projection-triangular fuzzy number was put forward.In this model,some important modeling theory was analyzed particularly.Finally,an evaluation application example,which reflected the system practicality of three units,was established.According to the example,the feasibility and validity of model is get preferably.The study of effectiveness evaluation model provides guidance for the system construction.
