ReaIization of Motion Tracking and Recognition in Network Video Surveillance System

In this paper,a network video surveillance system is proposed based on DirectShow,which can achieve real-time surveillance using multipath remote IP video cameras.Besides,the system can also handle the issues of motion tracking and recognition as well as tracking with viewpoint shift,etc.,which can guarantee the robustness of the system.
