Radar Echo AR Spectrum Estimate Based on SαSG Distribution Noise

SαS noise and gauss noise in radar system were described by SαSG distribution.When working in SαSG noise environment,the performance of conventional AR Spectrum Estimate degenerate.New FLOC(Franctional Lower Order Covariation)-AR spectrum estimation method based on SαSG distribution noise were proposed.By estimating the sinusoidal signals that embedded in the SαSG noise,the method in this paper are robust.
