Mechanism Penalty Model in Grids

Incentives are important problem in grids.To pledge mechanisms’ effectiveness,penalty should be introduced.This paper proposes a new penalty model in mechanisms.This model is based on power functions,and it is flexible enough to satisfy lots of penalty requirements.Instance analysis and simulation experiments prove its correctness and effectiveness.
