The Application of Population Migration Algorithm in the Simulation of Protein Folding

The Population Migration Algorithm(PMA) has stronger global searching ability and stability.Considering PMA's ideas,it is introduced to the simulation of protein folding for the first time.test of some amino acid sequences is conducted with PMA(population migration algorithm).The numerical results enunciate that This paper introduce the thought of PMA,and the usage should improve algorithm to solve 2-space off-lattice model,estimate to obtain better result of protein folding.
