The Mathematical Modeling for the Compensationof Oven Dry Fiber Flow
Fu Wei · Journal of Huaihai Institute of Technology · 2004
A non-linear mathematics model for the quality concentration C of paper pulps is given in this paper to make linear compensation for the temperature, pH and pulp quality. Besides, in respect to the occasional data saturation phenomenon where the curve does not converge at the true value by the online least square method, a new online least square method that makes the memory disappear gradually is proposed to improve the curve convergence. The method to check the effect of curve convergence is also provided. Experiment results show the proposed compensative algorithm can increase the precision of pulp quality concentration from 15% to 1%, thus fulfilling the quantitative calculation of the oven dry fiber flow into the paper pulp.
