Review on signal processing techniques for the detection of evoked potentials

Wu Bao · Journal of Traumatic Surgery · 2001

Evoked Potentials (EP) play an important role in neurophysiology, clinical diagnosis, anaesthesia and surgery monitoring, and evaluation of central neural injury. This paper gives reviews of signal processing techniques for EP detection. Several methods are introduced, and their effectiveness is also discussed. Finally, a prospect of the signal processing techniques for EP detection is given.
