Objective To assess the reliability of main parameters of the three automatic hematology analyzers. Methods Refering to the document announced by the International Hematology Standardization Committee ICSH in 1984, the accuracy, the intra and inter-assay precisions and the height mutually dyeing rate of the analyzers were compared by determinaiton of WBC, RBC, HB, Hct, Plt of the standard whole blood samples from 20 subjects. Results There no significant differences were observed among the results of the accuracy, the intra and inter-assay precision (P0.05), and the height mutually dyeing rate was permitted; The results of paired-samples t test showed that there was no significant differences in determination of samples of subject on three instruments (P0.05). Conclusion The hematology analyzers meet the requirements and their results are in good agreement with each other.
