Review of the intelligent fault diagnosis technique for electronic equipment

Based on the use of knowledge, the fault diagnosis technique for the electronic equipment is fallen into a traditional one and an intelligent one. Firstly, the traditional fault diagnosis technique for electronic equipment based on the theoretical knowledge of related fields is presented, then the intelligent fault diagnosis technique based on the expert systems and integrated uses of other human knowledge is discussed. The current status of this technique is described, in addition, the future directions are given.
