Under the new historical condition, on one hand, the realm of the editorial practice has been extended,the frequency has been quickened,the service became varied,but on the other hand it's nature,purpose,characteristics,essencial regulations and it's position in the communications has not been changed yet.The editors should suit themselves to the new situation and enhance their qualities of politics, knowleges,vocational work and professional morality etc. in the changed and unchanged situation of the day.
