On the Dishonest in Virtual World: Based on the Institutional Ethics

The virtual world which is ushering a totally new world has become an important platform for many fields and industries across international community. Honest being the Chinese traditional virtual is the basic social ethical value. However,the frequent occurrence of false information and cheating in the virtual world has bad impacts on people's daily life and social civilization and progress,the main reasons are as followings: the spread of Benthamism across the virtual world,some netizen's dishonest in this virtual world,relevant laws and regulations lagging behind,technique deficiency and the defective management mechanism. Both the practice of ethical norms and institutionalization of network integrity should be paid attention,both the form and contents of integrity should be unified,so as to establish the network integrity and fundamentally solve the problem of dishonest in the virtual world.
