Remote Backup System based on File Type

rsync algorithm as file synchronization algorithm has been widely used,but its problem is frequent interaction with the server,not for a particular file and so on.This paper designs and implements a Remote backup system based on file type,using file type filtering to avoid calculating file summary information of of a specific file,through calculating the difference of the file before uploading to reduce the interaction between server and client.This not only reduces the amount of data transmitted,but also reduces the redundancy of the differences' calculation.
