Web services bidirectional selection scheme based on load balance

With the widespread application of the web services,how to improve the QoS(quality of service) of the web services under the limited resource becomes the attentive hot spot question.A flexible selection structure BS-Serv(bidirectional selection-serv) is de-signed,the provider use the multidimensional knapsack arithmetic,the requestor use the needed wait time principle,to realize the bi-directional selection between the provider and the requestor,thus not only make the most adequately use of the provider's resource,im-prove the QoS of the web services,but also guarantee the satisfaction of the requestor to the web services.The multidimensional knapsack arithmetic and the needed wait time principle of the requestor are analyzed in detail,and the implementation of the structure is also di-scussed.
