ERP Software Quality Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation Method

In order to provide a kind of ERP software quality evaluation method for ERP software vendors and target enterprises,an ERP software quality evaluation model is established based on the Walters McCall three-tier software quality metrics model.The ERP software quality evaluation which steps with fuzzy theoretics is described in detail.An evaluation algorithm of calculating the fuzzy affiliations of quality characteristics hierarchically is provided.At last,an example demonstrating the quality evaluation method is given by selecting a typical ERP software to validate the feasibility of this method.
