The reasons of teenagers network crime include alienation and imbalance of Moral and legal ideas in a virtual space,Network legislation is hysteresis and imperfect,the socialization of network environment leads teenagers has insufficient socialization,Network subculture induced youth network psychological disorder and the formation of crime psychology,etc.The prevention measures about teenagers' network crime include strengthening the supervision of the network,dealing with the relationship between network technology monitoring and legal,strengthening the international cooperation on network crime prevention,etc.
