The abundent sporo-pollen fossils are commonly found in the cutting and cores in oil and gas exploration. The sporo-pollen fossils are used to stratigraphic classification and correlation, and palaeoclimate analysis. The basic principle and calculating method of the paleoclimate analysis are introduced through the sporo-pollen fossil information function.
