The Analysis of Reasonable Berth Utilization for Coastal Port Container Terminal

The theory of stochastic service system and its application in port handling system is introduced in briefly.Based on the data analysis of several domestic container terminal,the schematics between AWT/AST and berth utilization is created by using M/E 3/S model.It is also discussed that reasonable berth utilization for container terminal which possess different amounts of berth.
