Analysis on the Driving Force on OSS Development of China Mobile

The gap between external environment and OSS is the driving force on improving the construction speed of OSS of China Mobile.The requirements of new environment for OSS are analyzed from the points of policy,service and network technology.Finally,the disadvantages of OSS are analyzed.
