Robust Blind Watermarking Algorithm Combining DWT and SVD

Based on block DWT Decomposition and Singular Value Decomposition,a new algorithm with the method of embedding the watermarking into the largest singular value is proposed.Meanwhile a formula to estimate the PSNR is produced.Experiments and attack test show that the algorithm has good robustness on JPEG,median filter,sub-sampling,Gaussian low pass filter etc,Moreover the proposed algorithm can be easily implemented by the existing software or hardware systems only with small modification.
