Organizational culture is a value notion to be believed in and to be practiced within the organization and it is a soul of an enterprise.On this basis,the enterprise idea for power utilities and its structure are described and emphasis is given to the design of the enterprise vision,spirit,value,service idea and so on aiming at providing assistance for power utilities.
