Ill-Conditioned Matrix Control Based on 2PLM Item Parameter Estimation

Ill-conditioned matrix is the important problem to face at Item Parameter Estimation in IRT theory. The iterative equation in 2PLM is derived. With some control method are also compared, and some techniques in programming is discussed.
