Outline of the Net-privacy's Protection by Civil Law

With the popularization of the computer and development of the network,people are getting closer and closer with the net.The net-work has brought various negative questions while bringing the great facility to people.Among them the invasion of net-privacy seems to receive much concern in recent years.But most people discuss this problem from the public law angle.This thesis studied this problem from the civil law angle,analyzed the concept,the object and the content of the right of net-privacy,discussed the constitutive elements and the pleadable reasons of the torts,also the thesis discussed the legal stipulation on the invasion of net-privacy.
