Aimed at the cooperation problems of the SoS-Operations of armored forces based on the information systems,after synthetically analyzing the process and the information flow of the SoS-Operations cooperation of armored force troops.Based on accuracy,orderliness,agility,timely,an index system was established,with the help of artificial neural network multi-index evaluate method,a integrate evaluation model based on BP neural network was established.Combined with the demonstration analysis,and accounted by the MATLAB software,the article could offer a good method for the evaluation on effectiveness of SoS-Operations cooperation of armored forces,and offered some decision-making gist for the armored force commanders to organize the SoS-Operations cooperation on the information-based condition more rationally.
