Research on Customer Relationship Management System in Banking Based on Data Warehouse

The concepts of data warehouse and customer relationship management are introduced.The key technologies in utilizing data warehouse which are on-line analytical processing and data mining are discussed.The CRM system based on data warehouse should be developed in banking for improving the services.At the end,the architecture of a CRM system based on data warehouse in banking is proposed.And the key work in the process of the architecture is pointed out.
