Key Issues on RFID Data Streams Management

The new generation sensor and RFID technology provides powerful ability for perception,understanding and management world.While RFID data bears many peculiarities such as indetermination,redundancy and containing space-time etc.,thus it poses many challenges for data processing and management.Survey on research and development of RFID management is reviewed in this paper.We analye several key issues on RFID data streams management from two or three angles,such as continuous query over data streams,complex event processing,and inferring rule for materializing view etc.Finally,an Data Streams drived system to process RFID complex event system,called GodEye Event Processor (GEEP),is introduced.it devise RFID application logic into complex continuous query,and it can effectively capture process complex RFID events.
