There exist difficulties from data exchange between the systems of different application and different running environments. If the problem can't be solvedproperly, information exchange between the system is incapable. In order to reach thepurposeofinformation exchange, interface is developed independently for each given system. In this way, efficiency is low, workload is great, and it is difficult to integrate the system according to uniform criterion. With view to the characteristics of XML,XML is used as data exchange file.Combined data exchange process with logistics-distribution and transportation systems, the scheme is presented,in which XML file is regarded as data exchange platform. In the meantime, the function design of the system is introduced, and the requirement of data exchange is satisfied.
