In this paper, we will give a approach for constucting comp ac tly supported biorthogonal multiwavelets with dilation factor a, which makes construction of biorthogonal multiwavelets easy like in the construction of bio rthogonal uni-wavelet. Finally, the example for construction multiwavelets is g iven.
