Study of the Significance Test Program in Computer Aided Quality Control

With the development of Computer Aided Quality Control System,significance test,as a necessary tool of quality management and quality control,is faced with the problem of program.In order to solve the problem,this paper analyzes the key methods of significance test program and brings forward one method which adopts numerical integration and advanced retreat method and dichotomy numerical methods to solve it.The F test,as a typical method of significance test,was analyzed and programmed concretely.At last,satisfactory solution was obtained through the test and verification of some examples.
