Note on matrix-valued Toeplitz-Bezout matrix

In this paper,some properties of matrix-valued Toeplitz-Bezout matrix are characterized.The formula of Barnett factorization is obtained by generating function and the formula of triangular decomposition is given.The intertwining relationship between Toeplitz-Bezout matrix and its companion matrix is also discussed.
