Discussion of the project management model of large aec project in China high schools

This paper introduces a few project management models which adopted by large AEC project primarily, then analyses their characteristics and the using scopes respectively. Finally, it analyses characteristics of the large AEC project in high schools, makes some specific suggestions on what kind of management model should be adopted in the large AEC project in high school development,and points out that the agent construction system is the top-priority management model.
