Temperature is a most important factor affects the precision of hemispherical resonator gyro(HRG).For removing or reducing the effect of temperature, the independence and regularity of the temperature effect of HRG was analyzed from the view of independent component analysis(ICA).The temperature drift error model of HRG was built to compensate the certain temperature drift, and the method of Allan variance was taken to reduce the uncertain drift of HRG.The experiment proves that the method mentioned above can effective redeem the temperature drift of HRG to expanding the using range of temperature environment, and it also can increase the HRG precision about threefold.
