Rapid development of water resources informatization has become a powerful support for each water resources work. How to effectively manage and maintain the existing information system to ensure that the system can yield returns and offer support for water resources work has already become an urgent and arduous task. From problems confronted by safeguard the system operation,overall introduction is given on construction and application effects of the safeguard system. The safeguard system plays a significant role in guarantee for operation of water informatization system,which gives a good support for the development of water resources informatization.
