Some problems concerned with the teaching of electromagnetics

Three problems concerned with teaching of electromagnetic are discussed in this paper.The first problem is the noelectrostatic force and nonelectrostatic field,the second is definition and classify of electric current and last is when dielectric is exist,how to calculate electric field intensity.This paper describes author's own point of view,we hope to attract everyone's attention and discussion.
