On the E-service Quality and the E-government Interoperability

One of the aims of E-gvernment affair is the improvement of public service quality based on E-service.To improve the E-service quality,it is the key to narrow the gap between supply and demand in services.We can find and measure the gap with PZB′s gap analytic model.Finding and Narrowing the gap is a process that the government and public are ever-interacting on each other.The aggregation service of the government is an ideal platform to support the interactive operation.The platform is an effective approach that improving the E-service quality,also,it can supply the new thinking with reform of government regime.
