It is obvious that there must be a first-class technical support.The development of digital media technology and computer network technology has established a good foundation for China's education and teaching resources platform.How to make full use of digital media technology and computer network technology for the development of China's education and teaching resources building,we put forward the assumption for the structure and integration of China's education and teaching resources which based on the framework of data systems.Therefore it gets to a way that the country's education and teaching resources classified,allotted,used and shared in reason,and give full play to their maximum effectiveness.
