Iris Normalization Algorithm Based on Line Extraction

Iris normalization is a very important part of iris recognition system.The purpose of iris normalization is to adjust every original picture to the same size,so that iris recognition cann't be impacted by even move,zoom and revolve.The paper analyses the reason of excentric between outside circle and inside circle.It introduces two kinds of method about normalizing iris and describes the iris normalization algorithm based on line extraction.This kind of method adopts some lines to describe iris area and has only one analysis model.Through experiment find that the method can obtain good normalization effect.
