USING FIGURE-TEXT SOFTWARE AND INQUIRING TECHNIQUES OF INTERNET TO IMPROVE JOURNAL QUALITY

With the development of figure-text software and inquiring techniques,a lot of work dealing with the journal edit can be done with computer and through Internet.A journal's editor can compare the content of a paper with the messages that got from some specific websites on scientific and technical journals,and try to find the spirits or advantages that a candidate paper has.Then editors decide whether or not to accept the article.All these methods can increase the journal's quality.
