Research on Interface of Humanware Service-Oriented Decision Support System

At present, decision tasks become less and less structured and tacit knowledge needed to solve decision problems can’t be codified. On the basis of service-oriented decision support system, the idea of humanware service is proposed for designing a novel decision support system. This paper introduces service-oriented architecture, the concept and background of humanware service, analyzes its application characteristics and scope, and then puts forward three types of interface implementations of humanware service and the service interface architecture of decision support system, finally describes service calls and interfaces of the decision-making process by an example.
