Design of Credits Management Based on Delphi with the C/S Framework

Now,hospital,which wants to stimulate the doctors' enthusiasm in continuing education,requires the doctors to complete the credits of class I and class II that are provided in the process of professional titles promotion.In order to manage the continuing education's registration,query,modification and check,the design of credits management based on Delphi,combined with our hospital practice,is advanced with the framework of HIS.Loaded into HIS server,the system runs well,which facilitates greatly the credits management of the department of scientific education and the clinical departments and improves in work efficiently
